Committee Meetings

Each focus area of the Wellness Task Force ( Policy, School, and Workplace) is comprised of two separate groups of people who work to promote our programs: Working Committees and Advisory Councils.

The Working Committees meet monthly or bi-monthly (by phone or in person) to develop, manage and promote our programs and Task Force mission. The Working Committees have a limited number of members and have agreed to volunteer their time on an on-going basis.

The second group consists of our Advisory Councils. These individuals represent a variety of organizations and industries, but are not required to meet on a regular basis. Instead, they review and provide feedback on the Working Committees’ minutes, and only volunteer when they feel it best serves their interest, or the interest of their organization. Advisory Councils are not limited to specific number of people. If you are interested in sitting on an Advisory Council, please email us your contact information and indicate in which focus area you are interested.
